Privacy Policy
Funnel Builder is an invite-only web app (funnel-builder-dani.fly.dev) for building funnel pages. The “Funnel Builder for HighLevel” Chrome extension adds pages you built in Funnel Builder to a page you have open in the HighLevel page builder. This policy explains what data each one handles, why, and where it goes.
In short: we keep only what is needed to run the app for you. We don’t sell data, show ads, track your browsing, or share your data with anyone except the providers that host the service. Your HighLevel login stays in your browser tab and is only ever sent to HighLevel.
1. The Funnel Builder web app
When you use Funnel Builder we store:
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password, and the workspaces you belong to.
- Your work: the funnels, pages, text, brand details and images you create or upload.
- Activity records: basic events such as when a page is created, edited or added to HighLevel, so your workspace can see recent activity.
- Technical logs: standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) kept for security and troubleshooting.
We use this data only to provide and secure Funnel Builder. It is processed by the service providers that host and operate the app (for example, our cloud hosting provider), who may use it only to provide that service to us.
2. The Chrome extension
The extension has a single purpose: to add a page from your Funnel Builder workspace to the HighLevel page you have open in the builder.
Stored in your browser (on your computer only)
- An access token created when you pair the extension with a one-time code from Funnel Builder.
- The Funnel Builder server address, your name and your workspace name (to show who is connected).
- The last funnel and page you picked, so the extension can preselect them next time.
Sent to Funnel Builder
- When you pair: the one-time code and a device label such as “Chrome · macOS”, so you can recognise and disconnect the device in Settings.
- After pairing: the access token with each request, to list your workspace’s funnels and pages and to fetch the page you choose to add.
Nothing from HighLevel is sent to Funnel Builder: not your HighLevel login, not your HighLevel pages, not your contacts or any other HighLevel data.
On HighLevel pages
- The extension runs only on HighLevel’s own domains (gohighlevel.com, leadconnectorhq.com) and on any white-label HighLevel domain you explicitly allow by clicking “Allow on this domain”.
- To load and save the page you chose, the extension uses the HighLevel sign-in session that the page builder in that tab is already using. This credential is read inside that tab only, is used only for requests from that tab to HighLevel’s servers, and is never stored by the extension or sent anywhere else.
- It reads the builder page you have open (for example, whether it already has sections) so it can add your page below them or replace it, as you choose. It changes the page only when you click to add a page.
The ClickFunnels extension
“Funnel Builder for ClickFunnels” does the same for the ClickFunnels 2.0 page editor: it adds a page from your Funnel Builder workspace to the ClickFunnels page you have open. It stores and sends to Funnel Builder exactly what is listed above, and nothing from ClickFunnels is sent to Funnel Builder.
- It runs only on ClickFunnels’ editor (myclickfunnels.com) and, for the page you are adding to, on the storage links ClickFunnels gives its own editor to read and save that page.
- It uses the ClickFunnels sign-in session the editor tab already has, only for requests from that tab to ClickFunnels, and never stores it or sends it anywhere else.
- Before it changes a page that already has content, it keeps a copy of that page in your browser (the last three), so you can undo. The copy never leaves your computer and goes when you uninstall the extension.
What the extension does not do
- It does not read your browsing history or any website other than the HighLevel builder page you are working on.
- It does not use analytics, tracking, advertising or remote code.
- It does not sell or transfer your data to third parties, use it for purposes unrelated to its single purpose, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
The use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Your choices
- Disconnect the extension from its popup, or revoke any connected browser in Funnel Builder → Settings. The token then stops working immediately.
- Uninstall the extension to delete everything it stored in your browser.
- Remove a white-label domain at any time from the extension’s site access settings in Chrome.
- Delete your account or data: ask your workspace owner, or contact us through the developer contact on the extension’s Chrome Web Store page. We delete account data on request.
4. Security and retention
Data travels over HTTPS. Extension access tokens are stored on our side only in hashed form. We keep your account and work while your account is active and delete it on request; server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
5. Children
Funnel Builder is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
6. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes to what the extension collects will also be described in its Chrome Web Store listing before they take effect.
